CANCELLATION Terms
If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or someone else at no extra cost. For cancellations, the following refund schedule applies:
* More than 1 month before the workshop: Full refund.
* 14–31 days before the workshop: 50% refund.
* Less than 14 days before the workshop (or no-shows): No refund.
What HAPPENS IF A WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED?
If the studio cancels an event due to low attendance (fewer than 3 participants), instructor-related circumstances, or extreme weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or be offered a free rescheduling date for a future session.
