CANCELLATION POLICY (PARTICIPANTS)

If you are unable to attend, you are always welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or someone else at no extra cost. For cancellations, the following refund schedule applies:

* More than 1 month before the workshop: Full refund.

* 14–31 days before the workshop: 50% refund.

* Less than 14 days before the workshop (or no-shows): No refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY (STUDIO)

The studio has the right to cancel an event due to low attendance (fewer than 3 participants). If this minimum is not met 48 hours before the scheduled start time, the workshop will be cancelled. Registered participants will be notified immediately via email and will receive a 100% full refund or the option to transfer their spot to one of our rescheduled dates.

In the event of instructor-related circumstances or extreme weather conditions, the participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a free rescheduling to a future session.
