SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Lola Ortega Rodas products ship from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Depending on the product type, shipments are made via PostNL as registered priority mail or by ordinary mail with a tracking number.
Once payment is processed, we will send the parcel within 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch holidays, extreme weather conditions and postal or transport strikes). Shipment details will be specified in the product description or via correspondence with the client.
Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the package tracking information and the invoice.
Due to the nature and organisation of the studio and the products created by Lola Ortega Rodas, urgent orders cannot be accepted. However, please get in touch with me if you have any questions or special requests.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Lola Ortega Rodas cannot publish up-to-date shipping costs or delivery times for each country on her website, as these depend on the format and weight of each parcel and the destination country. However, don't hesitate to contact lolaortegarodas@gmail.com for an estimate.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, the time of year, and other circumstances beyond Lola Ortega Rodas's control.
Estimated delivery times for international PostNL shipments are:
United States: 6-11 business days.
Europe: 3-8 business days.
Other countries: 6-30 business days.
Please remember that these times are not always accurate as they change continually.
DELAYS
Once a package has been sent, transit and delivery times are beyond Lola Ortega Rodas's control. Therefore, it is impossible to claim a refund for delays. Please remember that international packages can take several weeks or months due to international situations or customs delays.
Up to a 4-week delay can occur for shipments sent around the Christmas holidays (from November 10 to January 20).

CUSTOM FEES
International customers are responsible for all customs fees applied to the product during shipping to their countries.
The required customs label classifies all packages as 'goods'. Lola Ortega Rodas always specifies the purchase price and the package's contents. International packages WILL NEVER be marked as gifts, as this practice is illegal.
The buyer is responsible for all applicable customs surcharges, VAT rates or other fees.
Buyers ordering from the EU can return any physical item within 14 days of receiving the package. Once the package is back in Lola Ortega Rodas Studio, we will issue a full refund (with the original shipping charges deducted). The shipping costs for the product return are ALWAYS the customer's responsibility.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY AND PAPER INVOICE
The certificates of authenticity are in printed form and included in the package.
Invoices are sent electronically as an attachment to the shipment notification email. If you need a printed version of your receipt, please get in touch with lolaortegarodas@gmail.com before your purchase ships.
PACKAGING
Lola Ortega Rodas carefully packages and ships each order. Packaging materials are selected to ship the product safely and efficiently. For any information about packaging, don't hesitate to get in touch with lolaortegarodas@gmail.com
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Lola Ortega Rodas is not responsible for loss or damage to items during transit. If you have any questions, contact lolaortegarodas@gmail.com.
A package may be returned to Lola Ortega Rodas if the buyer provided the wrong address, refused to pay any import charges, or did not claim the parcel after several delivery attempts by the post office. In this case, we will email the customer to indicate that the package has been returned to the studio.
If the buyer wants the package resent to the (correct) address, they must cover the shipping costs before the items are sent again. If the buyer permanently relinquishes the returned package, we will issue a refund (minus a 15% processing fee reduction), provided the product arrives in its original condition and packaging. The original shipping costs will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Lola Ortega Rodas does everything possible to describe her products accurately through images and texts. If, despite these efforts, you have any questions or doubts about a product, do not hesitate to contact lolaortegarodas@gmail.com.
Due to the nature of her work, Lola does not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the product descriptions (dimensions, materials, packaging, price, etc.) and this site's policies carefully before purchasing.
Lola puts a lot of care and attention into handling and packaging her work. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (except for damage sustained in transit) and have any complaints about its condition, contact the studio, and we will work to find a solution together. Please get in touch with lolaortegarodas@gmail.com within three days of receiving your package, providing pictures and a detailed description of the problem. For any refund to be issued, the customer must return the defective product to us in its original condition and packaging. The customer pays the shipping costs to return a product.
ORIGINAL COLOR AND COLOR ON THE SCREEN
Lola puts a lot of care and attention into photographing her work. Despite her efforts, colour differences may occur between the original colour and the colour on the screen due to the buyer's monitor settings and fall outside Lola Ortega Rodas's responsibility. If the product's colour differs from the colour on the screen, it will not be considered a "defect" and therefore cannot be used as grounds for returning the product.
